Honestly, I thought this would end up in a drawer after a week. Bought it on a whim and three weeks later it is part of my evening routine. I use it most evenings while watching the telly. The heat is proper and the vibration actually gets into the joint rather than just buzzing on the surface. My right knee has not felt this good in ages.

I stick it on my shoulder most evenings and it really does make a difference. My husband has started borrowing it for his knee. Might have to get him his own!

She uses it every morning now and says her mornings are much easier. The only reason it is not five stars is that the instructions could be clearer for older people. But once she got going, she was fine.

I have used this nearly every day since August and it is still working perfectly. Battery still lasts over an hour, velcro is still grippy, neoprene has not worn out. For £40, the longevity alone makes it worth it. I use it on both knees after my evening walk.

I have tried cheap heated pads before and they barely get warm. This actually delivers real heat. The high setting is properly hot. I use it on my tennis elbow and the combination of heat and vibration together is noticeably better than heat alone. Only gripes: wish it had a 30-minute timer option, and would also be nice if it came with a carry pouch.

Bought a well-known brand knee massager off Amazon for £80. Then saw ThermaFlex Pro and figured I would compare. Heat distribution is actually better on this one, plus it fits my shoulder too. Sent the expensive one back without a second thought. Half the price and more versatile.
