Your tracking number is sent by email.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please check your inbox and spam folder if you cannot find it.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of being placed.

How to Track Your Order

  1. Find your dispatch email. Check your inbox for an email from ThermaFlex Pro with the subject "Your order has been dispatched".
  2. Copy your tracking number. Your tracking number will be clearly listed in the dispatch email. It typically starts with two letters followed by nine digits and "GB".
  3. Enter it in the tracker below. Paste your tracking number into the 17TRACK widget below and press Track to see the latest status of your parcel.
  4. Alternatively, track via Royal Mail. You can also use the official Royal Mail tracking tool using the button below.
