2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website and placing an order, you confirm that:

- You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
- You are a consumer purchasing products for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Online Ordering
3.1 How a Contract is Formed
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. A legally binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product is out of stock, where a pricing error has occurred or where we suspect fraudulent activity.
3.2 Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email to the address provided. This email confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we despatch your order and send a shipping confirmation.
3.3 Product Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and specifications on our website are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, size or appearance may occur. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
3.4 Pricing
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time you place your order. In the event of a pricing error that is obvious and unmistakeable, we are not obliged to supply the product at the incorrect price.
4. Payment
We accept payment via Stripe (credit and debit cards) and PayPal. Payment is taken at the time of ordering. All transactions are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.
By submitting your payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. If payment is declined or reversed, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. If you require delivery to another country, please contact us before placing your order.
5.2 Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation email. These are estimates only and not guaranteed dates. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs clearance, adverse weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
5.3 Delivery Charges
Delivery charges, if any, are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
5.4 Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.
5.5 Risk and Title
Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Title to the products passes to you upon full payment being received and cleared.
6. Returns and Refunds
Your statutory rights: Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. This is your statutory right and is in addition to any other rights described below.
6.1 Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
You may cancel your order within 14 calendar days of the date you receive the goods. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to cancel before the cancellation period expires by contacting us at support@thermaflexreflief.fit.
6.2 Returning Goods
If you cancel your order, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. Goods must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging where possible. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
6.3 Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used to place your order. We may reduce the refund amount if the goods show signs of use beyond what was necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
6.4 Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault, your rights are governed by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Under this Act:
- Within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund if the goods are faulty.
- Within the first 6 months, if a fault appears, we must repair or replace the goods. If repair or replacement is not possible, you may be entitled to a partial or full refund.
- After 6 months, you may still be entitled to a repair or replacement if you can demonstrate the fault was present at the time of delivery.

6.5 Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene reasons, certain personal care items may not be eligible for return once opened, unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Consumer Rights Act 2015
All products sold by ThermaFlex Health Ltd must be:
- Of satisfactory quality: meeting the standard a reasonable person would consider satisfactory given the description, price and other relevant circumstances.
- Fit for purpose: suitable for the purpose for which goods of that kind are commonly supplied and any specific purpose made known to us before purchase.
- As described: conforming to any description, sample or model used at the time of sale.
Nothing in these Terms of Service affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

- Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that order.

If you are a consumer based in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your home country.
